DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery 

We aim to send your order as soon as we can and as safely as possible. If an item is in stock it can be dispatched within 1-3 working days. However, as all our jewellery is individually handmade in small quantities, delivery could take up to two weeks on some orders or up to four weeks for specially commissioned items. 

If you need something sooner, or for a particular deadline, please e-mail us at info@vickydavies.co.uk or call us on 020 8806 9282 mobile 07958 471070 as it may be possible to make a piece more quickly. All jewellery is presented in a Vicky Davies Jewellery box and deliveries within the United Kingdom will be sent by :  

1.  Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Next Day) This service provides insurance cover for your items while in transit and guarantees delivery the day after despatch apart from weekends. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt. We will deliver the goods to the address you gave us when ordering, unless instructed otherwise.

2.  Overseas deliveries will incur a standard delivery charge of £15 postage and packing and the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Air Sure' which provides cover for goods up to £500. There may be added tax depending on which country you are ordering from. If you want to check timing or costs of delivery, or if an order seems overdue please e-mail us at info@vickydavies.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your goods within 14 days provided that you notify us by email before the end of the seventh working day from the date you received the goods. Returns are extended to 28 days over Christmas period.

We will then exchange the goods or refund the cost once the item is sent back safely to us in perfect condition.

info@vickydavies.co.uk  email stating your order number and the reason for return. We simply ask that the jewellery is returned, unworn and undamaged, complete with the original packaging.

These terms apply only to products normally offered on the website and not to commissioned pieces or special orders. Also:

• rings and bangles made to order in significantly larger or smaller sizes than those specified on the website, are treated as commissions and are non-refundable.

Once you’ve let us know that you’re cancelling your order, any amount debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible after the return of the goods, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition.

We recommend that you use a recorded and insured delivery service (Royal Mail Special Delivery) as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot refund postage charges unless an item is faulty, nor will we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU. Neither will we accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.
